Serving size: 1 smoothie
- Place yogurt, whey protein powder, frozen blueberries, and basil leaves into the jar of a high-speed blender. Blend on high speed until mixture is smooth, about 1 minute. You may need to pause the blender to scrape the sides of the jar and/or tamp ingredients down.
- Serve immediately or transfer frozen yogurt to an airtight container and keep in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes for a firmer consistency.
